Extra charge / Reductions
• Single Occupancy: 70% of double roomrate.
• 2 children sharing the same room is the full price of the room
• Adult extra bed: +35% of double roomrate.
• Infant 0 – 3 y/o: free (baby cot available on request – free of charge).
• Child 4 – 12 y/o: +25% of double room rate, sharing with 2 adults.
• 1 child sharing with 1 adult: full roomrate.
• HB: $25 per person per day. FB: $40 per person perday. (HB meal plan includes breakfast and dinner. FB meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.)

Transfers
Available on request. Reservation required at least 24h before arrival. From/to airport, harbor, Stone Town
(45min.): $50 per car, one way (max 4 pax per car). From other hotels or areas, rates on request.

Booking & Payment Policy:
• Confirmation: The entire cost of the reservation must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival (except for Peak Season, August & group of 4 rooms and up)
• Peak Season & August: 50% non-refundable deposit required at reservation. Balance must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival.
• Deposit policies for groups of 4 rooms and up determined on an individual basis.
• Last minute reservations: entire payment is required at the moment of booking.

Cancellation / No Show Policy
• Cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival: free of charge (except for Peak Season, August & groups 4 rooms and up)
• Cancellation from the 29th to the arrival date: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
• No show, any cancellation or change done on site: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
